Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be: unused and in original condition, in original packaging with all tags and accessories, returned within 15 calendar days of the delivery date, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or email confirmation).

How to Initiate a Return

Email returns@shopperbenefitsnetwork.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label (for defective/wrong items) or return instructions.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: digital products (gift cards, SaaS licenses), food and beverage items once opened, personal care products once opened or used, items marked "Final Sale," and custom or personalized products.

Conditions

Items showing signs of use, damage by the customer, or missing original packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Shopper Benefits Network reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
